Hey everyone!
I made it out of the MTC and into Washington. In Washington it is a little run down and very cloudy. It is still a great place to be. We haven't talked to many people yet so I still don't know completely what its like to be here. I tried to give a Church tour with Elder West and talked a little less than I should've. I got to read 14 pages in the Book of Mormon today, and I don't ever remember reading that much at one time. I thank you all for being my Friend and supporting me so far. Yesterday we had some great Testimonies said. One of my favorite things said was by my Mission President. He said, "I struggled until I stopped wanting to struggle". It was actually a Missionary that told him that. I have a great Companion named Elder West. He is a really hard worker, he works harder than me. He also used to go to my high school and graduated the same year. I got to go. Keep Praying! Jacob 5:41 "And it came to pass that the Lord of the vineyard wept, and said unto the servant: (What could I have done more for my vineyard)"
Sincerely,
Elder Jones
