Cody I'm so proud of you for making the decision to serve a mission. You will be teaching others about the gospel just as Jesus did in his time. You're very smart and caring so it will be easy to answer their questions and help them gain an understanding of the mormon religion. Even if you don't convert someone right away don't give up or think you've done no good. You have planted a seed in their memory. This seed may make them curious and decide to get baptized later on in their lives. But I know that you will have a positive impact on everyone you meet because of your humbleness. You are also a great person for providing service. Watching you grow up this has been inevitable and I couldn't be happier about it! People take notice and it's a good reflection on you and the mormon church. You are also such a fun person to be around. You will be blessed with great companions because of this. Good luck son! I know dad and Kailie will be right there with you at all times. You will always be in my heart. I think about you constantly and pray for you always. This is going to be a great adventure for the both of us. You are leaving out on your own for 2 years. You're spreading your wings and will learn a lot! I love you very much and wish you well! It was a gift to me to be able to see your excitement of opening your mission call. It was very nice to have your family and friends there to share this special moment with you!
